We had issues with a public bathroom flooding into our cabin.We were not told our trip was booked during a German Religious Holiday, consequently most cities visited were shut down.. We were promised a half day in Rotterdam and a full day and a half in Amsterdam..the former was completely eliminated and we arrived in Amsterdam at 3:00pm the day before departure allowing for a fast paced walking tour of a small part of the city lasting 21/2 hours..flights were scheduled so early travelers were asked to be up and on the bus by 4:30am to depart for their flights not allowing any time at night in Amsterdam.

That trip was cancelled due to Covid 19 and we have received a full refund already in about 2 weeks. In fact, some of our travelers have taken 5, 10, 15 and even 20 trips with us! Our tour guide for 12 days in South Africa was Johnathan Muller.

They cancelled my Bali/Indonesia October trip and have yet to refund $3,078 after repeated calls and promises that "corporate" would be contacting me. This trip is not cancelled but they're going to "reroute" us, good luck with that.
They said to allow 6-8 weeks to receive it. To start, we just launched an online payment system on Friday December 7 so checks will no longer need to be mailed. BEWARE!I am supposed to depart on a trip on 4/23/19.
I'm still glad I did the tour as Rome is amazing but I have to be honest and say that the tour I did the next day to I did this tour in May and found it very good.
Never use this company they are the worst. Many cities, shore excursions, additional land tours were deleted from the itinerary last minute without explanation.Shore excursions were cut short by up to 2hrs with out explanation..The riverboat was changed to a lesser vessel with very small, cramped, accommodations. I think they should be clearer that the tour isn't suitable for very young kids or older people because the pace was far too fast and some older people on the tour got really quite upset that they couldn't keep up. Going for a short 6 full day trip and now it's 5.

Very bad business.This company has left the worst impression with the way they handled my upcoming trip to Asia and the N-Coronavirus. Although South Africa was amazing on its own, the travel agency was the worst travel agency I've ever worked with. 6 helpful votes. for 8 but there were only 4 of us on this tour . We signed up for the Princess Cruise seven day cruise from Vancouver to Whittier and then a four day cruise tour to Denali National/State Park via train and motor coach. No reason to hold on to it.
However, when I spoke to them this past week about my upcoming trip, I was appalled at the crude and nasty comments they passed on to me in reference to their outrageous cancellation/postponement fees.
