The unique culinary experience you will have in historic locations such as The Refectory, St. Thomas Brewery Bar or the Sundial Garden will surely leave an impression. The hotel is directly connected to Baroque St. Thomas Church and offers special tours where guests can experience an authentic Augustinian monastery and a 13th century library without stepping outside of the hotel. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. The furnishings in this former Augustinian monastery from 1284 are superb and fully respect its genius loci. Beds feature premium bedding.
