Yinka Shonibare MBE is a British-Nigerian contemporary artist known for his sculptural installations that explore issues of Post-colonialism. 1962) is an artist who was born in London but lived in Nigeria from the age of three until he was 16, at which age he relocated to London to attend school.
Shonibare was born in 1962 in London and moved to Lagos, Nigeria at the age of three. Yinka Shonibare MBE (British, b.
