Drink-wise, I only wish they provided water in a cup... you can only buy a bottle of water. The quality of ingredients they use is very evident.

This place would be exposed over there. The staff is welcoming and helpful and they make us feel right at home. Might be the best Caeser salad I've ever had. The Soppressata was delightful with a light tomato sauce and the Pesto was amazing! The Nebbolio Old Fashion cocktail was excellent. I hope the pasta is better when it comes out. Placed my order in the morning for pickup at 530p. Average pizza cook time in this type of oven is 3 minutes. All 3 were on point. Sure enough, not much on them, and the consensus on the sauce was 'meh.' Went here this past weekend around noon for lunch/brunch with my friends. At first glance, the sauce and topping seemed skimpy but after diving in, the ratio was perfect. We had all 3 pizzas, so good. You are paying for the quality!So lucky to have such delicious pizza so close to home!
The latest eatery from Chef David Kinch of Manresa is Mentone in Aptos. You must call pizza hotline which opens at 11.... they will sell out. There is definitely a problem in the kitchen when a 3 minute cook times has a wait time for a pizza of 45 minutes. 25.00 . All 3 were on point. Both very refreshing! You will be transported to a different universe: where we are free to enjoy a crust that is ethereal with toppings that are just perfect.Unbelievably delicious. Chewy it should not be, crispy it should. They politely refunded my money and I left .

Ordering and pick up was super easy. Grazie! The project is nearing completion and Mentone is hoping to fire up its pizza oven in the summer of 2019.
If you're getting Mentone for takeout, it isn't going to be cheap...but it is still amazing and deserves 5 stars.
All amazing.We have eaten here a few times now and are so impressed by this food. Delicious flavors and an amazing crispy dough from a fantastic Pizza Oven. It should be no longer than 15 minutes; 20 minutes max when you have a full house . Beautiful and thoughtfully composed salad. Pricing at Mentone will be reasonably priced to match, with pizzas — courtesy of a Mugnaini wood-fired pizza oven — and pastas in the $15-$22 range. Pizza was amazing.
