When we were done and my family wanting to get a prize after playing, we had to track down a staff member who was off playing some of the video games himself! But it ISN't.
We had to get items removed from the final bill that never came.

They also are horrible at promotions, I ask at main desk if they have any deals on video games-- nope, so I buy a $25 card. Main Event is THE dining and entertainment destination that offers more ways to have family FUN than you can pack into one visit. They stopped us and asked us to leave because of our coffee. 1 out of 3 doesn't work or takes your money. We appreciate the five stars you gave us because it lets us know you had a great time! Getting food can be a little bit of a challenge but you can order your food at the bar or the pizza place and get served pretty fast.
