After days of waiting, I finally received a response which said "if you Google the item you will find everything you need to know about it". Ordered an item 3th April 2020.Posted 17th April.Still waiting.Have contacted them several times and given excuses etc same as other people.Now I have complained to pay pal and fishpond have gone very silent.Are they in liquidation? I asked for a refund and was told by their customer service representative that they wouldn’t provide a refund because “they’re a small business and if everyone asks for refunds we’ll go out if business”.
