They have a seemingly friendly customer contact page but the drop down menu titled Your Order, which is a mandatory field does not allow you to add anything meaning there is no way to contact them. Ordered a book from them weeks ago. MoneySavingExpert.com is part of the MoneySuperMarket Group, but is entirely editorially independent. I think that they should be ashamed of themselves, a promise is a promise & they clearly don't know how to keep one. My 2 books came in good condition . Good experience for first time buyer . When I request a refund, they want me to print a refund shipping label for a product that isnt even here...... Looks like I saw the reviews too late. My recommendation is DO NOT USE this company! I wanted to rate 0 stars but I could not. I do like the section on 'How Fishpond works' that states 'Free Delivery' and 'Delivery is free for every product we sell, which means you don’t have to pay expensive additional shipping rates for items coming from other countries.'
