"I've been a customer for about a year and have had no issues. I called Century Link Computer Support Service Department for help on 3/17/20. It's never set, never accurate, and they are so huge that they just send you to collections and it takes days and hundreds of emails to try and get it correct. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH CENTURY LINK!Not off to a good start with this company.
They said it will be 3-4 weeks for a tech to comeout but no one needs to be home it is an outdoor adjustment.

They cancelled my account and opened a new one without telling me. Let me see what I can find out and what we can do to get the equipment set up properly. Good luck everyone. I can say after living at several addresses where this company was the only option for internet service, they are horrible.
The internet connection and speed has also been pretty much perfect.
On 4/18, he got another email stating the 4/22 appointment had been cancelled. But isn't there anyway my box can come home? I was just told that they can set me up with phone service in my area but that they only have so many "plug in" for internet in my area. My wife and I both work from home and MUST have reliable service.
For Businesses. They are a bit on the expensive side when it comes to internet packages because they only provide DSL and fiber internet services. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from CenturyLink. 25 reviews.
Someone promised a $100 gift card when I first tried to set up service and no information was ever found about that either. They do not care. On 4/16, he got an email saying it was cancelled. A living example where capitalism and monopolies (there are only two wifi companies that even deliver service) .I spent a total of 4 hours on the phone with 4 different people trying to get phone service moved from one room to another in an assisted living facility.
