They couldn’t find my order then after a while they found it, ran my credit and said there would be no deposit needed and after setting everything up over the phone (approximately 30 minutes) he transferred me to the department where I would set up an installation time. That's right while other people are in the HUNDREDS we still get 1-1.5. On April 6 he called to have it hooked up, but they couldn't bother themselves to get out there until 4/17. and upload speeds are top notch now, I can even run multiple wifi cameras now that I'm actually getting the full 10Mbps upload speed.We have tried satellite TV & internet, but the reception, speeds and service were so bad, we cancelled them after only a Websites and Digital Marketing for Local Business. After multiple calls, being told repeatedly there is no ticket on our issue, shuffled through multiple clueless departments, many of whom barely grasp the English language, we still have no internet!I can't even give this trash company a star they are horrible the customer service is incompetent and they lie about everything because they make stuff up as they go.. ordered simple WiFi with a self install was told it would be a signal sent to my home between 7am and 7pm and don't worry I would receive a text so don't stay home Century link is so slow here in eastern NC you can't even watch a YouTube video without buffering how the heck are our kids supposed to do the school work I highly don't recommend this company but it's the only choice we have here. Nothing is done. We have had an internet speed range of 1-1.5 the entire time!
