It was always a shame because it is such a great location and awesome building. It seemed a shame to leave a review unfinished, no matter that I never started the review to begin with.
I was hesitant going to a franchise, but we thought we'd give it a shot.…"We dined here last March (before Covid) and I'm just now getting around to review it. See you soon!This was a super fun night and the Urban Meyer's Pint House was on our list to try in the area. Last month, the Meyer family opened “Urban Meyer’s Pint House,” a sports bar in Dublin, Ohio. I thought there was a real chance Jim Harbaugh might just quit on the spot after the blowout loss.This is also the competitive spirit that makes me think there’s next to no chance in hell Otherwise, why would he still be taking shots at Michigan despite the fact he’s retired? The employees were all wearing masks and they were very helpful. The toppings were great and the pizza was cooked perfectly - I definitely want to go back to try the rest of them on their list. Service was a little scarce, we had to wait awhile for refills and to place orders, but we chalked it up to opening night. The nachos are certainly a favorite here. This is much better. This place does get incredibly packed during game days so unless you're here 10 minutes before opening, you probably won't get a table. He was embarrassing how bad the Wolverines were in comparison.In 2018, it seriously looked like it was boys playing against men. Born and raised in Columbus, but now live in Pittsburgh. It’s elegant and full of light and generally just a very tasteful space. I came in on a slow Wednesday night and was ignored at the desk while the host had something better to take are of with my wife.
The drinks and food were good with decent price points for Columbus. The drink were really good and reasonably priced - check out their old fashioned that's made in house, really good! Just wasted $20. Urban Meyer’s Pint House is every sports fan’s ideal hangout! Especially Ohio State!!!! The staff, food, and overall atmosphere is so inviting. The thing I love about this place is they automatically place a complimentary order of fries for kids.
I had the Mahi sandwich and it was delicious! I used to come here when it was Ram Brewery. This was so thoughtful as we had a very hungry kiddo, especially after a long wait. She was always tentative and very intuitive when weird guys we're hitting on us and subtly getting them to go away.
Super gorgeous too even with a mask on!I stopped into Urban Meyer's Pint House for a beer! Wasn't bad, just wasn't worth the pricing. Urban Meyer is opening a new restaurant in Dublin, Ohio, and he couldn’t help himself from taking a shot at Michigan. Specializing in southern style BBQ. It is expensive bar food and drinks, the reason is because it's in a very expensive area. This is a great spot to end the night and I would recommend trying everything on the menu!The 22oz Effen lemonade with their homemade strawberry purée was so great. She obviously didn't value my business and I doubt she would value yours. Keep in mind we have started brunch on the weekends! Enjoyed the avocado bruschetta and hot pretzel appetizers.Great food. We were lucky enough to score a table because we were there to meet with the events manager, Kim.
I visited home a few weeks ago and my sister picked this restaurant for a night out with the family. As a 18 year black restaurant worker I am flabbergasted that in 2020 I STILL receive subpar service at some establishments. And, of course, don’t forget to grab some swag on your way out! I opted for the filet for dinner and it was cooked to perfection even on opening night! We had to wait 40 minutes for a table, but once we got to our table the food came out so quickly. "My wife and I went to this place with some trepidation because, it's hard to top the original, but we did want a good burger and this place was closer. Kim was super helpful, she booked us for the 7-0 room and helped us with all of our menu choices. I was greeting with excellent service start too finish! This place is so, so, so amazing! I was looking forward to being able to finally experience this place. Plus many other great entrees to try! Awesome service. We cater to all size parties. We walked right in around 930PM on a Saturday night and were promptly seated. The former Ohio State football coach’s place is called Urban Pint House and will feature something called the 7-0 room, which was his record against the Wolverines.
I like it. He has his own room called 7-0!!! As a previous Columbus resident and huge Buckeye fan and reading on the website how they were practicing social distancing and seemed serious about it, I was excited. Cooooooool. I didn't plan on getting anything to eat but when I saw the pizza pass by our table we had to try it. . Urban’s brings all the game day excitement of Short North Pint House along with the fine dining experience of Forno to Dublin’s, Bridge Park.
