The announcement comes amid revived talks between the province and the union representing secular board elementary school teachers, which have been ongoing for the last two days. The OCSB provides a quality Catholic education for over 42,800 students (Kindergarten to Grade 12) within 84 schools in the Ottawa area, as well as continuing education opportunities for adult students and an excellent international student program. All teachers at the York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) are members of OECTA. “We are pleased to be getting back to negotiations. The schools will re-open, Wednesday.
