During these cool winter months we will be going outside if the temperature is above 10. On Wednesdays and Fridays a peanut butter and jelly sandwich tray is offered if students do not want the hot lunch. Please keep your student’s coat with you during the program.The high school gym doors will open at 5:30 p.m. on the day of the concert.

In order to make the most of the conference please*Talk to your child before the conference. If your student needs extra help with homework or wants to participate in our engaging enrichment activities please register him or her for the AIM program. The after school program will be there anytime you need! Additionally, this program assists parents with providing gifts at Christmas time. At this time we recognize that not all areas of our website may be ADA compliant. The after school program can be used in case of emergency.
The books will be here by the beginning of May and will be distributed to students who prepaid.Please return the bottom portion of this flyer with your check for $25.00 (per book) to CES by December 13th. *Write down your comments and questions and bring them with you.
All gifts are to be back to the grade school by Monday, December 9th. Please send one parent to pick up your child in the cafeteria after the program.Please look for our third graders in the lobby during our concerts on December 12th and December 13th.
Parents will be picking up gifts on Friday, December 13th. Think of this program as “Child Safety Insurance.” It’s very reassuring to know that there is someone at the school each and everyday after school that can care for your child if the need arises.
